Gabriela Biscardi

Co-founder, AI Mission Hub

Combines psychological depth, leadership, culture, and systems thinking. She works with women and teams in tech, and social impact to widen their impact, lead with clarity, ethics, power and strategic depth.

Our story

Where We Started

AI Mission Hub began as a women-in-AI community in Oslo, created to expand women’s participation, visibility and leadership in artificial intelligence.

As the community grew, we saw a broader challenge. Organisations were interested in AI, but many struggled to build internal capability, identify meaningful opportunities and move from experimentation to adoption.

AI Mission Hub evolved to help close that gap.

Today, we work with people and organisations through community, learning, research and real-world experimentation. Our commitment to advancing women’s leadership remains central to our identity and continues to shape how we approach AI transformation.

We believe AI adoption works best when the people affected by change have the capability and opportunity to help shape it.
